Hi! I know this is sort of off-topic but I had to ask.
Does building a well-established blog like yours take a lot of work?
I am brand new to writing a blog but I do write
in my journal daily. I’d like to start a blog
so I will be able to share my experience and views online.
Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips for brand
new aspiring bloggers. Appreciate it!
Hey sorry for the delay – I have been remiss in checking the comments since I haven’t been blogging as I should.
Here are just a few tips to remember when planning your blog.
1. It’s yours. Whatever you want to talk about is entirely up to you and there’s always someone with a similar opinion as you just waiting to find someone writing about it.
2. Use the tags effectively so people can find you! Categories are useful but tags are what search engines really pick up on. Oh tags and pictures. People LOVE pictures.
3. Once you’ve found your voice, let it be heard. Don’t try to vary from your real writing style – improvement and refinement are of course always good but don’t change to what’s a trend to find yourself lost between your readers who connect with you and those who see through your attempts at picking up the lingo.
4. Most important is this – have fun!
Hope this was useful!
